Problems with volume in Philips Soundbar HTS 5110

Hello Everybody, I have a Philips soundbar HTS 5110. Everything was ok for many months, the sound was ok and I was happy with it but I started to have a problem with the volume. When you turn on the soundbar everything is ok and the sound is good but after some time the volume level starts to go down slowly until you can't hear anything!!.
    Is really strange isn't it?

After breaking my brain thinking about what was the problem I have checked that when the volumen starts to go down and you turn it up with the controls to try to continue hearing the sound, It stops again and after some time it goes down again slowly. If you don't do this the volume goes down and down until you can't hear anything!!

I have a Samsung tv connected via HDMI ARC to the soundbar and everything went ok for some time before having this problem. I don't think the TV has anything to do with all this because if I disconnect the HDMI and connect for example, the radio of the sound bar I have the same problem.

Do anybody had the same problem with this product? How were you able to solve it?

    Thank you very much

    Dear Pipas,

Thank you very much for the post. Do you have an opportunity to check the connection with different cable?

I would also suggest you to disconnect all devices from your TV and HTS, uplug HTS from the mains and wait for few minutes. Then, pair TV and HTS again.

    Let me know the feedback.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

Thank you very much for your answer.

I have checked all the wires and connections. I have unplugged the device for some minutes and then turned it on again and the problem is still there.

I have also disconnected the sound bar from the TV and turned on the radio and I have the same problem.

    Thank you...
