    WiFi Smart Screen not working with 55PFL7008K

    Hello Experten,

    I have bought a 55PFL7008K and I have 2 problems:

    1. If I want to show a pic or movie on my TV the iOs device says the TV did not reply and thus the object cannot be shown but the TV actually does show the object - so just confusing and annoying error message I have to confirm all the time. But that is just minor and I could live with that.

    2. This one is more annoying: If I start Smart Screen I get the message saying something I need a secure network and the feature need to be enabled in TV. I have WPA secured WiFi and I have switched the option on and off uncounted times - no change. I am only using internal DVB-S und DVB-T modules, no external devices, no smart card.

    With both an iPad 4 and an iPhone 5s the behaviour is exactly the same on both topics. iOs is on 7.04, TV firmware is of 07.01.2014, App has been installed on 06.01.2014 all as up to date as possible.
    Does someone have an idea?

    Hi Norms,

    Could you please elaborate on what features you are trying to use?

    1.
    What feature on the iOS device are you using? Please try to use the Philips MyRemote app, which can be found in the App Store.

    2.
    The Philips TV Smart Screen feature only works with other TVs with the correct specifications. Again, please elaborate on what device you are trying to stream to.

    Please also confirm the current software version installed on the TV.
