    Help

I have just bought Philips 47 pfl6198 tv and i have a problem, is there any protective folio on this LCD.
When I got it I saw a little part of "folio" in right corner with "bubbles", so i tought that it is protective folio and of course i try to move it down but only the half of it goes down. Now I have half monitor with "folio" and a half without.

    What happened??

    Hi iva,

I'm sorry to tell you that the film you have peeled off would be the 3D film (for passive 3D function) and not a protective film at all.

Unfortunately physical damage is not covered by warranty. But do contact your local customer service team who can advise you on how to proceed from here:

Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina
