    Bluetooth problem DTM5095/12

    Merci,
    Julien

Hello, I bought a docking station DTM5095/12 this Saturday, 11/01/13.
Everything works perfectly except for the Bluetooth system. When I put the Dock on the Bluetooth mode, I can only detect it with any of my device. (Ipad, Itouch, Smartphone, ...). I made a Bluetooth reset but nothing changed ...
Is there something else to do to activate it?

    thank you,
    Julian

    Dear judub40,

    Please, follow these instructions:
    1. Tap SRC repeatedly on the main unit or press DOCK/BT on the remote control to select Bluetooth source.
    2. Activate the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device (see the device user manual).
    3. Select "PHILIPS DTM5095" on your device for pairing.
» The Bluetooth indicator lights up in blue.
    » The unit beeps twice.

For some devices, you may need to input "0000" as the pairing password.
    4. Start music play on your Bluetooth device.

Let me know, if this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka

    Hey guys

I have the same problem. I returned the tower to Phillips Denmark and got a replacement, however I got the same problem after a few days :-( the only solution is to remove the power plug for about 1 hour, afterwards you should be able to connect with bluetooth, which is very unhandy! I will return the tower again if Phillips don't find a solution very soon. The tower is expensive and should work 100 %!
