    Arrrrrgh can download Netflix app

    Hi all I've just subscribed to Netflix but can't download the app onto my tv !!! It's a 8000 series

    I get on to the apps bit but when I search netflix it doesn't appear !!!! I've looked on line and it tells u to go to installations but there isn't that option !!!

    I'm in uk

    Pls help :0(

    It would be really helpful to know which exact model number you have -- only the 2013 range (xxPFLxxx8) supports Netflix, so if you have, for example, a 42PFL8007T/12, you won't be able to get the Netflix app.

    If you do have a 2013 TV, then update to the latest firmware (see the support page for this info).

    Why can't Netflix be run on a 2012 series set?

    Hi,

    netflix requires certain Hard and Software which is available on our 2k13 Sets but not on previous ones.

    That is a real pitty! Why not make sets you can upgrade hard and software so you can keep up with all new features. Buying a new set evey year is no option and is bad for our planet. Upgradeble hardware is!

    then i cant have netflix on my 32PFL4007D/77 ??
