    Pace HDT8520 Freeview Box

    Hi

    I hope this query is in the appropriate forum.

    I have had the above tuner/recorder for around 2 years and on the whole it has performed well. Recently however the interface has slowed down to the point where it is virtually unusable. It takes 7-10 seconds to move down each station in the guide listing. I have reset the box, reformatted the hard drive and looked for any software updates (latest one is dated 2011) but nothing seems to help. The actual picture and the recording quality are as good as they ever were.

    Have you come across this fault before and if so what can I do about it? I would be most grateful for any help you can offer.
