    Net TV maintenance?

    Dear Philips,

    I've got a 39PFL3208H/12 philips LCD tv. Since I got home this evening (Groningen, The Netherlands), Net TV shows the following message:

    "due to maintenance the requested page is not available"

    Yesterday my smart tv worked fine, what is happening? Are you really performing a maintenance? I have the latest software, so that should not be a problem.

    Same problem here
    I made a phonecall with philips because is get a new tv and is was testing it.
    They say to me that today is a server problem with net tv and they hope that tonight or next morning the problem is solved.
    I have new 24PFL4208H/12 tv.

    Same here, Tiel (Netherlands) And to be clear this is a very frustrating and painful error! Why is this app menu not local on the TV? why this service depends on an on-line website? Philips is ruining people there daily routine!

    I hope this problem is getting fixed soon!

    Same problem here since yesterday at 8pm (GMT -5). I'm using a BDP5600 blu-ray player.
    This is annoying

    It's terrible, I'm paying for Netflix, but Philips makes it impossible to use this as they need to have a maintenance....I totally agree with Tim, why such a website and no independent menu....

    Hola gente la verdad por un lado me puse contenta al saber que hay varios con el mismo problema NO PODER ACCEDER AL INTERNET DESDE EL SMART TV. a mi también me sale un cartel del servidor net tv. me volví loca porque me costo mucho dinero poder comprar el televisor y creí que comenzó a funcionar mal.....hay varios que estan con el mismo problema yo soy de Argentina...Gracias y espero que se solucione todo a la brevedad..

    Y si pueden evitar que SmartTV pase por sus servidores sería mucho mejor.

    I agree 100% with you Hans Van der Horn. I can't use Netflix neither or watch any video in Youtube!

    Philips need to get rid of their servers to get the SmartTV feature on their TVs or other devices.

    Let's pray this problem gets fixed soon and will never happen again.


    (i also agree that Google translate is very handy sometimes

    buenas tardes. soy de argentina y estoy con el mismo problema desde ayer. cuando intento entrar a Smart TV me aparece el mismo mensaje. por favor, solucionenlo a la brevedad, o a lo sumo informennos sobre lo que esta sucediendo.

    De paso ha ver si corrigen la inestabilidad del software ya que hay que respetar cada dos por tres.
