    Hey, dit is bij mij ook het geval, en heb dit minstens een keer per maand, vorrige keer duurde dit 48 uur. Het is erg vervelend. En het zou fijn zijn als we hier een antwoord van phillips zelf op zouden krijgen.

    Bij mij ook in Rotterdam. Zou inderdaad fijn zijn als Philips antwoord gaf en ook de problemen is wat sneller oplost. Heb pas ook problemen gehad met de verbinding van smart tv en toen bleek dat er opeens een update uitgevoerd moest worden. Dit was nergens terug te vinden op de Philips site. Heb via een ander forum de oplossing gevonden. Zo slordig van Philips.

    Hola soy de argentina y tengo el mismo problema, pensé que era un problema de mi tv nueva y la fuí a cambiar. Por supuesto como el problema no era la tv sigo sin poder ingresar a samrt tv. Philips solución yaaaa!!!!!

    hi there.
    my 37PFL9604H/12 worked fine with previous version of smart tv. now the only page that i can see is the home page and i'm not able to start any application. great work at philips !!! ... maybe i've to switch to a samsung device??

    The EPG via network does not work anymore since 3 days Can therefore no longer record programs and recorded programs will not see again. When is a solution for this?
