HTL 9100 hdmi arc and easylink problem

Hello, i have the soundbar htl 9100 2 months no and i have a problem with the hdmi arc en easylink.I play on tv 42pfl6678K from philips and i connected the soundbar with hdmi on the tv and hdmi arc on the soundbar. In the beginning there was no sound trough hdmi only aux and optical and than suddenly after a few days he connected automatic trough hdmi arc.i could also turn up the volume with my remote control from the tv so everything worked perfect.but than after e few weeks without changing anything at the settings he wouldn't play trough hdmi and my remote control from the tv didn't work anymore so easylink was off.So i called to te shop where i bought my tv and he would come and see but than after e few days there was no sound trough the soundbar, not hdmi, not optical, not aux....so i turned of the power from tv and soundbar, waited e few moments and switched the power back on and everything worked again even now when i looked in the source from tv i could see on hdmi 3 there was written htl 9100 so he recognized the soundbar on my tv.Now 1 week later again...no sound trough hdmi arc, no easylink with remote nothing....same problem as the first time.at the shop they told me tot upgrade the software from the soundbar but i could not find how to do it?is it even possible? i resetted the soundbar and tv but nothing helped...and i never changed the settings on tv.i tried tot switch hdmi arc and easylink of..switch of power, even waited e hole night and switched the power on but i didn't helped.so what do you think where the problem is and is it on the tv or on the soundbar?
Please answer me with a solution

    kind regards

    Dear Jeroen,

Please apply factory settings to your soundbar. Refer to page 14 of the following user manual:

    http://download.p4c.philips.com/file...12_dfu_aen.pdf

Also, please update your TV's firmware to the latest version published on 29.01.2014.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

    Dear philips moderator,

I tried your solution but it still does'nt work.I updated the firmware on the tv and i resetted the soundbar twice.I even turned the power off and switched back on after 5 minuts waiting.

    Dear Jeroen,

Please use AUDIO SYNC +/- on your soundbar remote control to increase or decrease audio delay.
