    Angry aiuto 47pfl7008s/12

    Hello everyone,
    I'm new to the forum, I decided to go to see if anyone can give me some answers regarding assistance philips.
    On 07/10/2013 I bought a 47pfl7008s/12, went for three days, then started to have problems in smart functions and the display which showed the lines. I immediately called the assistance they issued me an RMA case number.
    To date 09/11/2013 (so over a month) I do not have an answer. The service center replies that are waiting for spare parts and have no estimated times of arrival, the number of care philips say they will do a reminder to the mall.
    Now I wonder ..... The Philips has always been a serious company, I begin to doubt it strongly.
    ABSURD is absurd and I repeat that a tv breaks after 3 days and after a month I know no one say when it will be repaired.
    I've always had only philips products, and as a customer trusted are quite bitter.
    I for one will not be buying more philips, because it is an unacceptable situation.
    I think that if there are no spare parts for repair under warranty, after three days of purchase, at a minimum there should be a replacement.
    It 's been a month and no news.
    Other than seven days to repair, I have no words .....

    My Allegris Daniel, the tv in question is the 47pfl7008s/12
    RMA number is 628899 which they released me and the tv is located at the Philips service center in Brescia (Italy)
