    Disc tray problems

Disc tray keeps on poping in and out randomly. Can this annoying head ache be sorted out nicely or shall I use a hammer?

Hi Model number is BDP3380/05 May I just add that I have only used this machine 5 times. The tray pops in and out randomly when there is no disc in there and the unit turns itself on and off.
