Low frequency sound being cut off

    Hi

I own Phillips SHG7980/10 USB headphones. They are good headphones, but i'm having trouble with low frequency sounds not being played properly. An example would be the sound in windows 7 when you go back to a previous folder. I can't hear the first few miliseconds of the sound, and i can hear it on my other headphones (that have a normal audio jack).

This may not seem like a big problem, but it is quite bad in video games that tend to have a lot of short low frequency sounds played, so on some games it sounds very distorted and bad.

What is causing this, and how can i fix it?

    Dear duhsveti,

I would suggest you check your USB connection and try using other USB cable to check if that's the problem.

    Kind regards,
