    Hi Philips - Sarka,

Thank you for responding but it still is a problem:
there is no option 'PC connection preference' in the player....
Now I even have a second problem: the player doesn't connect with the computer.
The computer just doesn't 'see' the player.

That's the second gogear vibe SA4VBE04VN/12 that I have and doesn't work. Do I just have bad luck or is the player the problem?

    Regards,
    Isisje1

    Dear isisje1,

In case your player has not been recognized by the PC, I would recommend you to reset the device and try it again. Would that be possible to try the player on a different PC?

    Kind regards,
    Sarka
