    M100D Not Detecting Motion

    I have an issue with a M100D that won't send motion alerts or upload images/video to Dropbox. The firmware is 6.7 (version 41552) and I'm using the yoics v2.3.0 app on my iPhone 5s. Setup was smooth and I can view the images & video from either monitor on my phone without issue. I've adjusted the area to be monitored and put the sensitivity to 100%. Alerts are enabled and also for my specific monitor under settings.

    Audio alerts are working fine and photo & video get uploaded to my dropbox account when sound is detected. However, the motion alerts do not get sent to me and images/video doesn't get uploaded to my dropbox account, even when enabled and I'm standing right in front of the camera. If I manually take a picture or record video this does get uploaded to dropbox and I receive an alert, it is only the automatic motion sensor that doesn't seem to be working...

    I believe that I have everything configured correctly, so any ideas as to what the problem is?

    Dear vonbaron,

    This is how to verify your alert notification works.

    1.ADD your InSight Monitor with the latest InSight Application.
    2.Remain at the same WIFI network, upgrade to latest Monitor firmware if it is prompted.
    3.Enable the Alert, configure the Dropbox account, and enable your desired Alert source.
    4.Remain inside the InSight Application, trigger the alert, like Motion and Audio.
    5.For iOS, you should able to get Prompt in a second, to tell motion/audio is detected.
    6.If you do not see the prompt message, you may need to adjust your threshold or your action in order to see the Prompt message show up.
    7.Once you receive the prompt message, you can exit the App via HOME key.
    8.Wait for a while, normally take a minute from when you trigger the event, to see a Push message, again please make sure you have enabled the Alert in Notification Center.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I believe that everything is set up correctly, as I have received audio alerts and images/video sent to my drop box account when triggered by audio, even straight after initial setup. However, when I enable the motion alerts this does not work at all... Is there something specific/different that I need to configure to receive motion as well as audio alerts and for images to be captured when triggered by motion??? I can confirm that I updated the monitor during initial setup.

    Just to clarify, audio video capture and alerting works fine and has since initial setup, but motion doesn't. I am assuming that if it works correctly for audio then everything should also be configured correctly for motion? So I am unsure why the motion part does not work...
