    My Sentiments exactly. The product seems half baked. R&D budget must have been very little. Don't blame the developers or the engineers. Blame the management for not giving them enough resources for a potentially great product. Until they are proven good again, I will avoid any future Philips TV (and I stress, TV only for the time being; not against other products yet).

    Very much agree.

    Poor service, poor product, very bad mistake.

    Time to get another Samsung. My existing one has had no issues in 4 years. Had the Philips 2 weeks and really want rid of it already.
