    Problem connecting Internet Radio

    Hello,

I have had my WAS6050 for a while now, and the Internet radio worked fine until I changed my Internet router and now, after I set up the new configuration (with WPA2-PSK encryption key etc.), when I try to connect to the Internet Radio, I get the message "Cannot connect to Internet Server"...
    Any solution?

    Thanks,
    Delphine

    Dear lelievred,

    Kindly try the below diagnosis:

    1. Check the internet access (visiting some websites) of the network by using other devices such as smartphone, PC etc. Contact your ISP if other devices have also no internet access.
    2. Reboot the device by pulling AC-cord and re-connecting.
    3. Run factory reset to check if it can work again.
    4. If it still doesn't work, please send me the following info via private message: wired MAC-ID and the product registration ID.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

    Hello,

None of the suggested procedures are working, so I send you the info you requested:

wired MAC-ID: is this the WLAN MAC ID? --> 00903E931C70
product registration ID: is this the serial number? --> BU1A0843000251

Let me know if I provided you with the correct details.

    Thanks

    Delphine
