    cannot connect to online service. please try again later

    Hi

    My speaker as been very unstable. It works sometimes. But lately it is impossible to use it.

    Every time I use the airstudio+ app on my iphone and try to use spotify on the app, I get the message "cannot connect to online service. please try again later". The result is that I cant use the speaker.

    I get the same result when I check for firmware upgrade.

    What is wrong? My internet connection works perfect.

    Why not try to just pull the power cord once ?

    I've seen this before (long, long time ago). After pulling the cord, it work fine (for the past 5 or 6 weeks or so).

    I assume your Internet radio works fine ? Or ?

    I have tried to pull the power cord many times... makes no difference!

    Does it only happen when playing Spotify or with internet radio too?

    interesting. What SW you've running in the device ? (Check via Device Settings / Device ID).
    Would assume, that the Spotify / Internet radio worked before ... (as you wrote "My speaker as been very unstable. It works sometimes. But lately it is impossible to use it."). Since then and now, was there any change in your setup ?

    Hi,

    Now it works again and I have no idea why. Maybe because I tried registration in device settings. Yes it did work before I got this error.

    Since it has not worked for four weeks it would be great to know what to do if it happens again.

    Hmm, interesting.

    Maybe an issue at the ISP ? (I've heard seen this few times in the past few years, where ISP block certain internet connection traffic. E.g. I remember UPC was one of them).

    Hi

    It works two days ago and now it does not work agian.

    No matter if I go to Spotify or TuneIn Radio, I get the error message "cannot connect to online service. Please try again later".

    I have not changed anything since it worked. Except for the speaker to turnoff during the night.

    It is really frustrating not being able to use the speakers everyday!

    I live in Denmark and my ISP is TDC. I have an adsl connection.

    I have no other problems with my internet connection

    Maybe worth to contact Philips Consumer care (e.g. replace unit ?) ?

    The same happens to me, I have to keep plugging it OFF/On from the wall untill it works. I have to waste at least 15 min everytime I want to use it
