    Angry NO Internet radio

    My internet radio has no connection to server.

    Now I read something in another topic about the service being offline for several days?
    Is this really true and why don't I read this somewhere on the welcome-page?
    Why do I have to search and search what is wrong?

    And IF you have taken it offline for several days, it's clear that you hate your costumers.

    Thank you for the post. Due to a planned maintenance, MyPhilips will not be accessible starting today until 27th of February, 1:00 am. It will not be possible to register products or to add / edit internet radio favorites lists.
    Likewise, internet radio will not be available during that time.

    Well, nice to see this message is up after customers tell you to. But on the other hand I find it propostruous that you can't do maintenance without taking the radio offline. And when you can't, for such a long period of time. I am terrified that one day my TV will not work (for days) because you (Philips) think you should take it down for maintenance purposes.

    My radio still can't connect to server. Is maintenance still going or what is wrong?
    We are over 1 day further than the time you said it would last.
