Remote control.
In January 2013 I bought a new Philips STV. I had to go back to the shop to get the remote replaced because it didn't work. In January 2014 I bought a new Philips cinema sound system for the am STV which I installed over the weekend 22 Feb. I bought Philips because I wanted compatibility. Now I have the same situation, the remote no longer works. Anyone experience similar problems with Philips remotes? I tried changing the batteries three time but without success. I emailed Philips UK to ask for a replacement but so far I've had no response from them. Any suggestions please?

Thank you for the post. Please, can you provide the model number of the TV? Are you using the remote control which came with the TV?

Thank you Sarka I have replied directly to you email. What I need is a replacement remote control for my new Home Cinema 5.1 System HTB3510/12 I have been using the remote that came with the system but it has failed. I do not have a problem with the TV.
