    3D 16:9 Movie expand issue

    Hi,
When watching 3D from Philips blu ray, and selecting format "16:9 movie expand", TV does not stretch 3d picture correctly. There are approx 15 dead pixel lines at the top and the bottom!! In addition first lines are bright and makes a frame effect, and makes it impossible to watch (those lines are there even if scaling is off!!! and only in 3d)... When I switch to 2D (even same scene, same movie, same bluray) - it streches normally. Pictures attached. I think that in the previous firmware everything was perfect! Because I didnt even noticed anything, and now its impossible to watch.
P.S. 3D menus in blu ray discs plays normal, problem starts when movie starts, and when I have to select 16:9 movie expand format, in order to watch full screen.
Please solve ASAP! 47PFL6907, newest firmware...

    Firmware: 000.150.092.000
    Blu ray: BDP3280
Really would like to get some options what to do,

P.S. I think this is not blu ray players fault, because I just tried random 3D movie (Gravity 3d) from usb stick, and its the same

    Hi,

what firmware is installed on your 3280?

BTW: you don't need to setup your BDP to "16:9 movie expand", "16:9" is sufficient... cause 3D-Blu-rays always have FullHD resolution.

The option "16:9 movie expand" is only necessary, if you want to stretch 4:3 content (real 4:3 content of DVDs) to 16:9. All Blu-rays are 16:9 by specification.

BDP is with latest firmware also, I can find the number, but I did it this year, and nothing new came out for sure. Regarding "movie expand", I do this in order to get rid of black lines at the top and the bottom - to watch full screen (I know it stretches the picture - its ok for me - i try all format options to suit the movie best) please see my attached 2nd pic - in 2D tv stretches picture perfectly. Those 15 "dead" pixels would be ok to bare with them, but as I wrote, there are 2 lines with bright pixels (please see first pic), and they are in almost every scene, except if whole screen is black, so its always that "frame" of those 2 white pixel lines. Is this normal? And as I wrote, when I swithch to 2d everything is PERFECT. So its trouble with 3D option.
P.S. In the pictures it is exactly same scene paused. First picture - 3D, second - 2D. Diffrerence is more than obvious.

    Thank You
