Question AZ1852/79 How to organise Albums

As well as skipping a Track Back/Forward, this unit has Album Back/Forward buttons, but I can't find how to use them. Tried burning 10 .mp3 tracks each into separate Windows folders on a CD, but only the first folder is played. Is there a standard way to set up several Albums? Otherwise 90% of a .mp3 CD can be unused or hard to navigate. Any suggestions, please?

Hello Geoffoh, I think that the albums need to be identified as a music album, like when you rip on the USB the content of a CD. Just creating new folders in windows will not make them identifiable as a music album. So, I'd suggest to add ID3tags on it and see if it works.

    Cheers,
    V.

Hey, Vaga, many thanks, you're quite correct; changing those folder templates to Music - Album has enabled the player to read and navigate them correctly. And I thought a WINDOWS folder was a folder was a folder. I don't understand ID3 tags, but you've given me a way forward anyway.

For anyone as naive as me, the article http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/16694...der-templates/ is a good reading start-point.
