    Exclamation MCD712 PHILIPS awaria!!!

Mickiewicza i proponuję omijać z daleka!!!

    Hi,
I have the same problem. The device does show anything on TV, don't read DVDs or CD just open or close tray, don't read USB memory stick's. What work's is only FM Tuner and AUX connection of audio. Maybe someone knows what could be the problem or have similar one on different model?
    Best Regards
    Lukas

    Hi Lukas!

First of all I would like to welcome you to the forum and thank you for posting your question here.
When did you discover this issue? If you haven’t tried a reset, could you please try to unplug your device for 5-10 minutes, then plug it back in and see if it helps?
Let me know how this goes.

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Katerina

    Hi Lukas!

Good that you’ve tried to perform a hard reset already, then we know that the issue is not caused by electricity that is stuck in the device.
Since it is both the DVD/CD player and the USB that don’t work, it sounds like your MCD712 needs a repair.
My colleagues at your local Philips support center, will be happy to look further into this with you, and give you the information about the procedures that is done in your country.
Please find the local contact information for your country in the link below. Click on the link, then choose your country and find the support tab on your country’s page.
