    Netflix on the HTB9245D/12 in Netherlands

    Hi There,
    I bought the Soundhub / Bluray system in January 2014.
    Philips told me that is was possible to play Netflix on this device.
    it's now almost 3 months later and I still can't see the Netflix app on my device.
    I called de servicedesk and they told me that they will send my problem to the specialist.
    After 3 weeks I got an email with the answer that I have to put my country on Netherlands in the Smart TV.
    But that's not the solution because it was on Netherlands. And now im still waiting for a solution.
    Why most it take so lang for an answer.....
    Will it work?

    Hey Brayen,

    according to my informations, the HTB9245D should have netflix.
    Did you check the whole App Gallery for the App?
    Which Firmware is installed on the System?

    I checked the whole app gallery. I also checked with differend country's.
    Systemsoftware is 1.06.01
    Subsystemsoftware is 16-00-04-4

    turns out that my Informations have been wrong.
    The HTB9245D is not capable of supporting netflix.
