    46PFL4208H/12 and MyRemote Android app on Blackberry Z10 not working

    Hi,

    I just got the avobe model TV and have followed all procedures on instructions and have not managed to connect to TV the App.

    The code for activation on Joint space is not showig any confirmation message on TV.
    The App keeps on searching for TV but nothing shows.

    Could you kindly assist?

    All devices have the latest software available.

    Hi,

    you don't need to activate jointspace on your TV. TV and MyRemote-device need to be in the same sub network (local network at home, LAN, WLAN).
