    Unhappy Loss of wireless conection

Just got a 40PFL4508H/12 Smart TV and connected successfully to my WiFi and WPS but lose the coonection once I turn off my TV and have to go through the connection process again every time, is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi GaryH,

The TV "forgetting" the wireless connection to a home network is usually due to WiFi channel interference or more commonly due to low WiFi network strength.

Please check the WiFi strength on the TV in Network settings:

Home > [Setup] > [Network settings] > [View network settings]

Check with your internet service provider that your WiFi channel is either set to Automatic or to a channel with minimal other traffic.

If you solely use WPS, please try to connect with a WiFi network key instead and see if this helps the issue.

Last but not least, ensure the TV is up to date with the latest software:

    Best regards,
    Ina
