Question TV mount is not properly aligned

Recently i bought the 46PFL4208H/12 to almost full satisfaction.
Problem is that the TV-mount is not properly aligned and this seems not to to be adjustable.
I have read several fora & customer-reviews & noticed that other owners experienced the same problem.
Can this problem be solved easily by myself to someone's knowledge ?
Or do i need to contact the seller or Philips Support ?
Hopefully it can be solved by replacing a properly manufactured mount and it doesn't mean i have to ship the TV back

    Hi Gman64,

It appears to be the bottom of the neck of the stand that is either lose on one side or screwed too tight on the other. But it's quite hard to tell from your picture.

The best thing would be for you to contact your local customer service team to find the best way to resolve this:

    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina

Nope, that's not the case. I double checked.
All screws are tightened equally and the mount has been aligned properly with the dedicated screwholes.
It seems there's some kind of fabrication-flaw....
I have contact both Philips Customer Service and the seller who both have taken this under review.
Hopefully this can be properly solved...

Let's hope so, i looked at the "quick start manual" again and checked if i didn't make any errors myself, but to be quite honest: i don't think i can do anyting wrong. All screws are equally tightened & it the whole setup seems pretty much "fool-proof" to me
