    Fidelio p9 - p9wht/10 - static over bluetooth problem

    Hi,

    Philips Fidelio P9WHT/10

    I'm using an iPhone 5s (iOS version 7.1 / 11D167)

I am getting a lot of static when playing over Bluetooth, it seems to get progressively worse to the point the music is inaudible. I've changed locations - no avail.

I've used the minus and mute button together to 'drop' the connection or reset. no difference. I've connected to an iPhone 4 - 7.1 (same issue)
I'm about to discharge the battery completely - see if that fixes.

Is there a way I can check the P9 software / firmware or update it over bluetooth / Mac / iMac computer with connection (USB OR BLUETOOTH)?

    Hello,

Can you please tell us more about the problem.

    1. Can there be a possible interference from other devices?
    2. Have you tried rebooting your phone and pairing again?
    3. Does it also happen when you use the 3.5mm MP3 Link jack?

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team
