Exclamation Same model with different cloud service? Why!!!

    Dear Philips

I have a doubt. Why you launched same model but have to use different cloud service and also different Apps?

I am using 3 x B120/97 and 2 x M100 with using YOICS services and Philips In.Sight M100/B120 in sight Apps. Now, I buy a new Philips B120 in sight for my addition cam. Funny thing happened, the philips Hong Kong give me a B120S/10 or call B120E/37 in America.
It cannot fit on my in.sight apps, I need to install any apps call in.sight+(InSight HD).
I call them, they only said B120/97 won't sell any more!

Is it a JOKE ? A same model or can be said in other words, A same series using different connection company and also different Apps. WHY? It made me confused!

OK, WHAT IS YOUR PLAN! Will you fixed those problem? Upgrade firmware, to make them allied? or just leave the problem!

    Hello smallbear,

According to our technical team statement it is a different model on a different platform and it is not possible to combine the platforms.

    Kind regards,

    Hello Smallbear!

The B120 cameras you mention are identical, for instance the 37 is sold in the UK whereas the 97 in Asia.

    Regards,
