    In sight m100 goes offline

My insight m100 camera keeps dropping offline.
I cannot reset it or get back online when away from base.
The wifi network is strong so I know it's not that
I can set alerts to 'on' remotely but cannot switch the camera to 'online'.
Is there any reason for this, am I missing something ?

The only way to get it online is by rebooting when at home, which defeats the whole object of having a remotely activated camera.

I've had to create another login to get back to this page. I asked the question above but then the forum wouldn't recognise my password.
I changed it and it wouldn't recognise the new one. The one the website actually provided.
I did it three times, gave up and created a new login. The Philips experience just gets better....

In answer: firmware up to date, IOS on iPad and iphone 4s

    Still drops offline constantly.

    Any ideas ??

And by the way, when I check my firmware is up to date is asks me for my URL....

What the heck does that mean, and then won't check the firmware without it.

    What URL ??

    Hi,

You do not need a URL to update the monitor firmware which is explained in the link below:

    http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...e-instructions

    Kind regards,
