Cannot upgrade firmware for HTS5563/98
Dear All,
I have been trying to upgrade my firmware for my home theatre system HTS5563/98. My current firmware version is 1.09.06.5
It cannot play many of the 3D BR discs especially from 20th century fox entertainments. So when I observed that a new version of the software is available, I thought upgrading the firmware might help. When I tried to upgrade using network download option, it downloaded but then suddenly gave error that it cannot connect to the network. All other network features of the system is working properly by the way. So not sure why it is giving this error.
When I tried to download the firmware (1.59) and upgrade using USB, it still gave error that it cannot detect/ verify the correct software. Either way, it cannot upgrade the firmware.
I would be very glad if anyone can throw some light on the following:
a. How can I upgrade my firmware to the latest one, or is the upgraded firmware not compatible with my system? Has anyone else had this problem?
b. Why are some 3D discs not played properly in my HTS? This is happening with most of the 3D discs that I have bought.

what's you serial number?
If you device serial number is PT2Axxxxxxxxxx, please proceed to go HTS5563M2, HTS5583M2 or HTS5593M2 product page for device firmware upgrade

Thank you for your comment. My device serial number starts with PT2Cxxxxxx...
Also I could not find the products mentioned above. Please help.
