Question 32hfl3007d_10 PIN number forgoten - hard reset TV ?

    Hello

I am working as IT in a hotel. We bought 90 TV's (32hfl3007d_10) from another hotel in an auction. I'm trying to reinstall channels and when I go to menu to search for channels I'm prompted for a PIN. I tried 8888 (also all other 1111, 2222,..., and 1234, ...) as it says in the manual but it says wrong PIN. I tried to get the PIN from the hotel we bought TVs from but all they keep sending me is 319753 and 8888 PINs. I think they've changed the PIN and nobody knows who and to what.
Is there a way to hard reset the TV so I can preform fresh installation ? I also bought master remote control and it doesn't help either. I phoned PHILIPS support couple of times and haven't got anything helpful from them, but then I didn't have master remote yet. Tomorrow I'll try again but till then I'd like some ideas from you guys.

    Thank you all in advance
    Best regards
    Mirko

    Hi Mirko.

For Hotel TVs the best thing would be to contact Hospitality TV directly for assistance, as the forum mainly deals with consumer TVs.

Did you contact Hospitality/Hotel TV support? If you contacted Consumer Support, please let me know your country of residence and I will try to find the best contact option for you.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ina

Thank you for the reply. I did contact Hospitality/Hotel TV support but we didn't found any solution. I did found it on my own tho.
The solution to all PINs reset is to reset child lock PIN. I went to the child lock menu, entered 8888, then it prompted me for an new code, I entered 8888 two times and that was it. I could now enter this PIN for anything that asks me for a PIN. I hope that helps someone.

    Best regards,
    Mirko
