    HTL9100 Bluetooth question

    Hi

I'm playing sound from my PC through the HTL9100 using Bluetooth. If I turn off the soundbar, and later turn it on again, the Bluetooth pairing is lost (the Bluetooth light on the soundbar is blinking), but its also not possible to connect to it again. I have to do a factory reset of the soundbar to be able to detect it as a Bluetooth device again. To avoid the reset, I have to make sure I deconnect from the PC (remove the HTL9100 bluetooth device) before turning off the soundbar.

Shouldn't the pairing be remembered? Is it necessary to connect and de-connect the Bluetooth device every time I want to use it?

    Hello,

This problem is very likely related to the Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology for Microsoft Windows 7 of your PC.

To solve this problem, contact the manufacturer of the computer for the most recent driver.

    Kind regards,

    Thank you for the reply.

I tried bluetooth connection with my tablet, and that seems to be remembered ok. Both my computers are Win7 and have this problem. For the one I need to connect, I think there are just standard Microsoft drivers. I'll probably get Win8 at some point, and hope that helps.
