    can not use smart TV (after upgrade software to v. TPM1013E_003.007.000.001)

    Dear Support,
    I Have a problem with Smart Tv ( tv 47PFL5038T/12 ) . I have connected TV to WIFI network , can use skype, search for upgrades, but when I open smart TV it shows me that TV is not connected to any network.
    Pls be so kind and investigate.

    Wwhat the messages looks like, exactly. (maybe take a Photo)
    How it is connected to your Network.
    In which Country you do live.
    What the Serial No is for this Device.

    Hello,
    The message was in my National language more less " that TV is offline , the view of smart tv will be different when you Connect to network".

    I've solved this issue by reset TV to factory settings.

    Hi,

    that was the Demo Page. It is shown every Time there is no connection to the Servers (on whatever circumstances)
    Good that it does work now!
