Stuck/dead pixels on 40PFL9705H/12
I purchased my tv on 19th april 2011.It went to the repair center because it had a high pitch humming noise coming from the back of tv.This was fixed and returned to me this week.
Now i noticed a 10cm blueish vertical line from the top right corner area of the screen.I connected my pc and ran Dead Pixel Tester v3.00 and confirmed its damaged.I cannot tell if it is a stuck or dead pixels but it show up on dark purple,light grey,dark grey,dark yellow,dark red background colours.
The repair center has damaged this screen.
Ive emailed philips consumer care support,so far no reply yet.
Should i contact the repair center or let philips handle this problem?
