    List changed on 32PFL3208H/12

    Hi Support!

I have 2 small observations, since the last 2 SW updates (currently have the 003.007.000.001):
    - The list of channels, after reinstalling them, get sort of mixed up. What I mean is, that for example, the analogue channels get in the middle of digital channels, while a few updates ago the analogue channels were automatically put after the digital channels. Now I have to manually move them, and it is a pain in the ...bottom

    - The other thing is that quite often we get a warning message on channels, that it is a "coded programme" (don't actually know the English version, as I have it in Hungarian "Kódolt műsor"). During this message, there is a black picture with no sound, and you have to either turn off the television, or remove the CI+ card. Actually being in Romania, in order to get channels to work properly, when installing channels, I have to select Switzerland... Provider is UPC Romania, where I asked a local chap, who said that for some reason, a few Philips TV owners have to select another country, in order to enjoy the channels provided by the company...

I know these are not crucial issues, however just wanted to let you guys know about it. Maybe it is because of my provider, or maybe it is the television... I would appreciate any answer

    Thank you and regards

One thing that I also noticed. Once every couple of days, favorite channels disappear. Well actually they just disappear from the list of favorites.

    Hi comebacklilmonkey,

It could be signal related that the analogue channels are moved forward. The TV will sometimes pick the channels with the strongest signal and install them first.

Who is your channel provider, please?

The favourites list cannot be maintained after an automatic channel update, if channels on the favourites list are updated then then may be removed from the list as the TV does not recognise them as the same channel.

Please try to disable the automatic channel update in Channel installation.

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, I will try to disable the automatic channel update, and see what happens.

The channel provider is UPC Romania, and I am using a CI+ smart card.

    Regards,
    Michael
