    Philips Fidelio P9 power supply/battery problem

    Hi,
    I own the P9 for a few months and I have been very pleased by it.
    However, a few days ago a a problem appeared- the speaker is only working when the power supply cable is plugged in.
    As soon as I remove the cable, it stops working and cannot turn it on without replugging it.
    It is rather frustrating, as it has lost much of its portability.
    Do you know what may cause this and what would you suggest that I do?

    Thank you for the post. It looks like a battery is faulty. I would strongly recommend you to contact your local Service Centre and they will be able to assist you further.
