    Hi osama,

Could you try to explain a little more about your issue, please?

On what source are you trying to view these films?

How is the issue presenting itself exactly?

    Best regards,
    Ina

Dear Ina, I'm facing the same issue with the same TV model. the Arabic subtitles are not displayed properly in the TV while using USB movies. It is shocking to know that all Philips models are not able to read the Arabic subtitles although your all competitors don't have any problem in doing this. is that means that Philips doesn't care about the Arabic customers?? I found in the forum many complains about that issue and no reaction from your company to solve this although is very simple to include the Arabic font in a firmware update.
Arab market has 300+ million customers whom you don't mind to lose for a silly reason like this?

    Hi guys,

Could you please let me know the file type of the subtitles and if possible also the character set it's encoded in.

Even better would be to send me the subtitle files you are having issues with via a private message. You can use file sharing applications such as Dropbox for this purpose.

Then I will be able to look into it further.

    Best regards,
    Ina
