    Angry "TV on demand" app not working anymore

    5007m 08 (2012) 40"


    After the introduction of an app of the same name in Italy (15 days ago?), both italian and the usual german app don't work.

    The screen of the "TV on demand" app, once opened, is simply empty without any image/icon.


    Also the link proposal in the main screen of the blue portal (right window: Philips apps alternated with Euronews+Wall street Journal links) leads to the same empty page.

    The useful channels suggestions ("on air" programs) disappeared from the portal main screen (the described right window), leaving room only for this broken links.

    No one noticed it in fifteen days ?

    Hi samuele,

    Please try to clear you internet memory:
    HOME > [Setup] > [Network settings] > [Clear Apps memory]

    Also please ensure that SmartTV is set to be Italy, as any other country could block you from using the app.
    Press the Yellow button while in App Gallery to check this.

    Naturally TV on demand didn't work anyway...

    Let's wait thursday

    ... And please reintroduce, in the main blue screen, the interesting links to the "on air" channels ...

    ... there were very fine suggestions
