    Problem conectivity HDMI 37PFL7605H

I have tried to connect an Android TV stick in either HDMI connectors in 37PFL7605H, and none of them recognize any signal from that device.

The device has just been bought and works fine in other friends' TVs.

Nevertheless I don't have any trouble in connecting HDMI input in my Philips with other devices: DVD player, Cable TV device. The point is , i don't have any customized option for this device in the connection wizzard, so I set "Others". Do I have to choose any customized option to connect an android TV?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

    Jesus

Note: My TV firmware is updated to last version.

    Hi Jesus,

What exact device is your Android stick?

Even though we do our best to assure compatibility with as many devices as possible, please be aware that we can't always guarantee this. This also applies to HDMI devices.

But let me know the device and I will look into it.

    Best regards,
    Ina
