    Supported audio formats

    Hello,
I recently bought a 60" elevation (60PFL8708S/12) and i am very satisfied with the picture quality (allthough apps and the menu sometimes are unbearably slow and the tv sometimes turns itself off when in applications....).

I read in another thread (http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...ll=1#post58121) that DTS audio support is included in 2013 models of 7000 series and higher. However, the elevation does not seem to support DTS audio? My TV turns itself off every time i try to playback by browsing the network .mkv files with DTS audio. Is this normal? Will it be fixed?

    Regards
    EVR

    Hi EVR,

Please ensure your TV has been software updated.

DTS audio support was introduced with version 171.49:
    http://philips.to/1oQoirT

Please also try to play the .mkv files via USB, to ensure the issue is not related to your network.

    Best regards,
    Ina
