    i have in mind, that in some older firmware versions, the export option only is displayed when a stick is in. but definitivly not in the .95. this option is available at end of the general setting tree.

    Just wondering... I recently got some problem when trying to play media from my hard disk drive. The tv shut down and turn back on after some time. I don't remember playing any file from my hard disk after the latest upgrade. Can anybody try to play something on their tv from a hard disk drive ? I don't have any other usd device to test... Streaming through wifi still works though.

    I don't remember if I tried before to play an avi file , but in this release the subtitles lines are changing very fast, like you are fast forwarding. I mean for the first 5 minutes of video you already see subtitles for minute 30. The mkv files with the same .sub extension subtitles play ok. But they show the same old washing effect of the subtitles due to motion even with PNM set to minimum.

    Philips , you have your bug reports for the 10th times, meaning those bugs never been fixed since the release of the TV, meaning you don't listen or you will never fix those bugs. Telling me to go quiet doesn't mean those bugs will be fixed while you work on them. There is a point I'm repeating my self, so you will hear or see, whatever works for you will for me, now there is something that doesn't work for me in this TV and you don't hear or see that. Should I keep trying until you hear and see it ? You leave me no chance to do that and have a risk of getting a warning, but I don't see how warning ever stopped killers and bad people, you go to jail and then u go out, and u can keep doing what you like.

    Theatrically you took my money and you are pissing me off. keep doing that and I will not rest till I do what I want and you can try to stop me or the others. I'm pissed like U.S.A government and the F.B.I when they want to get something the will get it till the end. you know them. money equal power.

    Long story to very long, U should listen to us or I will make sure to post everywhere about philips TV, compare to other TV's. you have my warning, you already give me a warning and I let you do your thing, scaring people won't help you now, you are too late for this. This point you do what you suppose to do, meaning listen to us and fixing those bugs in this month. I don't care or no one care what you have in mind, you now think and do for the people that ask of you. you got our money, give us what we paid for. you get that ? I will read the regulations and the law about the service you provide and I will find, I will find a lawyer too, to ask him about that, about the issue we are having with philips.

    This is just the beginning, u make us suffer we will make u suffer, there is no one side to that, Do you get that ?

    So today I had to buy new light bulbs. Although philips were my preffered ones, I bought OSRAM just because I can't stant the way philips screwed me and others over with their tv range.
    In the long run you will lose philips!

    - Year 2012 Smart TVs still lacking support -

    Philips owns 30% of TP Vision. TPV owns the rest, 70%. TPV also owns AOC, for example.

    With regards to companies, it's usually most effective to vote with your wallet. As long as the issues continue, I'm personally planning on boycotting all of those companies mentioned and directly affiliated with them.

    Philips planning to separate its audio/video/multimedia department, WOOX Innovations, and sell it to Gibson Brands, which also has some sort of affiliation to Onkyo and TEAC, for example?

    All boycotted. Every one of them. No recommendations to friends or relatives, either.

    As it seems, Sony or Samsung are beginning to sound like good alternatives for TVs. Previously I've favored Philips. It's also a good thing I waited on purchasing headphones. Would have been Philips, but I think I'll look to somewhere else now. Maybe AKG.

    Not all channel providers allow the use of channel renaming or channel export, which is likely the reason why you do not have the option available to you.

    Although for some this may be rather laborious, the work around would be to reinstall the channels.

    I am not the one who think like that. The point is, and I will repeat it, we reported the same bugs over and over and over and the last firmware didn't have a single bug fix we requested, none.

    I am not the only one who reported the bug. and telling us "Do not downgrade" is not really an option.

    Would you like me to sell you a Lamborgini car year 2012, I will upgrade it every 4-5 months with some cool gadgets, but on some firmwares your radio won't work, your engine won't start, you speakers won't work, you won't have gas even if it says, on the monitor that you do, those kind of bugs we have, unusable to play in 3D AT ALL with 90,91,92,95 . Do you see my POINT ?

    If I upgrade now to 95 I won't be able to play games in 3D AT ALL @. What can't you, possibly understand, and telling us not to downgrade with a screwed up firmware that we can't use is another example that I am mad about, what reason I would stay with BUGGED firmware for 5-6 months and then the other firmware is exactly the same with more bugs that I won't be able to use the TV for 1 YEAR ! Are you kidding me ? U want to read my Terms of use ? I will write one that you will understand what I'm trying to do, but I already told you and reported you for 6 months !

    There is a point that if I keep waiting, the TV is nothing but pretty tiny panel for, I bought this TV to play 3D Main use, and with all other firmwares 90 and above I can't, at all !.

    Talking about 150.89 has bugs too, don't get me wrong, but you already suppose to know about them cause we reported them more than 10 times.

    Double image in 3D in random time you change from 2D and any 3D mode expect 2D-3D convert will have a chance you have Double image that move, it's impossible to play a fast game or anything at all really with this, just think about a nice image, now double it 3 times , and 5 times when you move, is it still a nice picture ? now play a game like that with 500 ms Input lag, is that what you aimed for ? fun TV to use and play ?

    What do you want me to do ? wait 2 Years and not to be able to use the TV , at all ? I can't see your points expect the repeating Terms of use, I want those bugs fixed, when will they get fixed ? Simple answer really, Yes, No, Soon, Never, and what bugs will be fixed.

    Leaving us with bugs doesn't mean we are happy !!@

    Dear Ina.I have a question:do You have contact with engeeners from philips working on this software? are they working occasionally?part time? I am follow x7007 and others ..there is no sense to write about our problem with this tv becasue they doing completly nothing ...Mayby wy should write petition to Philips Company Directors,Managers in Eindhoven..-they should check -who they employ (engeeners,software specialist-amatours..)...because company is loosing good name,opinion and costumers..3 days allready i have massege on my tv screen(conected to wifi) -do you want to update yor tv now? -but I dont know really if should I do this or not..will be better or worst...sorry for my english..Best Regards Stalowka

    just updated to 95...automaticly via wifi..(because message on tv screen) and again worst...I am using ci+ slot with canal+ card sattelite in Poland. changing channels..often freezing..sometimes black screen with audio...----no coment--- and now they mix up logos of channels...like instead of FOX HD (before was OK) now there is logo of POLSAT SPORT...and many others...PHILIPS-all your enngeners are amatours.We all should write directly to Eindhoven..to directors ,managers..high position people.about workers responsible for software..because Philips will loose good name and costumers.internet is a big power and the people will read about our problem with this tv .

    Let's face it folks...This TV is inherently flawed...

    Look...I work in the car industry and compare this tv to a hi-tech car with a low-tech engine...

    No matter how hard the dealer tries...There's nothing he can do to make you enjoy all the bells and whistles...NOTHING !!!

    All he can do is fiddle around the edges and give you a false sense that he's working on it...

    Put plain and simple...we are f*cked...HARD !!!

    Why else are there plans to switch to an android platform..?

    Because most likely it will run smoother on future models...

    Our model will soon be put to rest because it is UNFIXABLE...leaving many of us frustrated...

    Unfortunately Hebrew is not and will not be supported in our 2012 TV sets as this requires major change, test, and release efforts. However, to prove that we do listen to our customers: we will start supporting Hebrew in some 2013 models (/K) later this year.
