Question iOS 7.1.1 update broken AD330/05 speaker

Hi there I have had this speaker for just a fortnight. Following an update to iOS7.1.1 on my iPhone 4 last night it no longer plays through the speaker. It says "This accessory is not supported by this iPhone" It does however still charge the phone. Any thoughts? Thank You.

    Dear Nicola,

Please reboot your phone after recent update and try again.

Also, just to let you know, this speaker is not supported by any apps so please use it directly with the phone's iOS.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

Yes it is still not working so would appreciate if it could be dealt with by the technical team. As I say I have only had it a fortnight. Thank You.

    Hi Nicola,

Our technical team has performed a test this morning using iPhone 4 and AD330/05 and they were not able to reproduce the issue.

I'm afraid it may be a technical issue with your speaker so we advise you to contact a local repair shop.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team
