173.51 Update firmware failed PHILIPS 47PFL6008K

My current firmware is 173.50 and I'm getting a problem with installation of new firmware.

TV could not complete firmware update. I see "Status write/data/datafiles" message and then error message.
    See attached screenshots.

I installed firmware using how to install firmware user guide.

Also I see several problems with my TV:
    1. Sometimes TV is restarted when I change channel
    2. If I turn on TV, I donít see Philips welcome page
    3. TV can not play demo video.
    4. I can not open Help, TV displays "eUM - Error
Error: eUM Data not available/loaded" the error
    5. Sometime TV is restarted when press Info button

I tried to reset TV and then install firmware manually several times without any effect.

    Hi OlegO,

I have been in touch with my Russian colleague who let me know you have already been in touch via the Russian forum. This is probably the best place to get assistance.

Please ensure that the USB stick has been formatted in FAT32. Also please try using a different UBS stick if possible.

Has your TV been for repair before? Some of these issues could be the result of a mainboard exchange.

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi Ina.

I checked, the USB stick has been formatted in FAT32.
And I tried to use a different UBS stick without success.

You can see that the update has been started automatically when I turn of TV.

No, my TV has not been for repair before.

    Try this:

    1. Format USB drive to FAT (not 32).
    2. Download again file with tv software (to be sure that file is not corrupted)
    3. Copy only unpacked file (without rar/zip archive and any other files).
    4. Turn off TV
    5. Disconnect power cable for 1 minute
    6. Put USB Drive
    7. Connect power cable
    8. Start TV and upgrade.
