    Hi szocher,

If one panel of the Ambilight is a permanent colour this would usually indicate a hardware issue with the Ambilight.

Please ensure your TV is up to date with the latest software and try to reinstall the TV.

Should the issue persist, please contact your local customer service team:

    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina
