    Hi Rui.

Phones are not covered as a topic in the forum. The best way to receive assistance with this product is to contact your local customer service team directly:

    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi Ina

    Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately local support team is the worst and useless service I ever saw (for example when I asked for help to switch off the answering machine they answered me saying how to change language).
So I will return my brand new Philips phone to the shop and recommend anyone that is thinking about Philips products to think twice as is we buy a non working product we have no support at all.
    Thank you any way.
    Best regards.
    Rui
