    EPG Down?

    Hello,

    I can't access OnlineTV and the IP-EPG at the moment. All other NetTV Applications and NetTV itself are available. Looking at the server status page, it shows all green.

    Is this hosted seperate or is this a not server related problem?
    Do others experience the same?

    This is in germany with 42PFL7695K/02. Internet connection and other NetTV Apps are working.

    I also see only a white screen - and my TV does not show anything when I start Net TV...

    Same problem here. I even had to turn off my TV to recover from the white and black screens.

    I hope Philips us fixing the IP-EPG with DVB-C in the Netherlands right now, or else I am very disappointed.

    I just installed my tv and it will not display any EPG. Either it says "connecting" forever (waited over an hour) or I get authorization error 401 or something like that. I live in Sweden. Use DVB-T. EPG via DVB-t works fine...
    I have tried wireless and wired connection and also tried to disable firewall completely.

    Exactly the same for me. I'm from Italy. NetTV works fine, IP-EPG not, it tries connecting, sometimes I get "unauthorized (401)" error, sometimes I get "The EPG is due to an upgrade temporarily unavailable". The problem is that is not temporarily... it's permanent

    Now it works again after a lot of time of service not working. Incredible, just a few minutes after I wrote this reply!

    IP-EPG is not working again. I want to watch a recording, but as the screen keeps staying black I can't. This is painfully dissapointing.

    Same problems as described above in addition black and white screens + "server error 401".

    EPG not vailable

    Black Screen yesterday (germany, 10 pm) -- work this morgning, 10 am, an hour later -black screen.
    Same tonight.
    Smart TV works fine and quickly. Internet connection working and stable.

    Annoying - and not recommendable. ---
