I found both the RC code and the hex just by searching forums.
Have you tried www.remotecentral.com for for guidance on converting these codes? I believe there is a programme called makehex that people use to do this.
Also, I did initially contact Philips for these codes using the online support but the person I was speaking to suggested that the Pronto hex codes I was after would have to be provided by the relevant manufacturer! I tried explaining, then gave up soon after.... nice bloke though!
