Unhappy HTL2160 Soundsbar crackles when used wirelessly

so the situation is pretty simple. Bought a HTL2160 soundbar from walmart about a week ago, set it up, and everything was dandy. I've been using it to listen to music on my iPod touch 4th gen with Bluetooth. Today, when I started listening to the music, everything was crackling and skipping. I tried changing the music, turning down the volume, and moving the iPod to various places around the room. Nothing helped. I tried listening to music through a pair of bluetooth headphones, and it seemed to work just fine.

I've tried checking for interference between the iPod and the soundbar, but there is none that I can find.

EDIT: Was finally able to connect with my phone, and the crackling went down, though it still happened.

    Hello,

You may want to apply factory reset and check if it helps.
