    Hi Thomas,

I have a similar problem with Disney Channel App since the same date YouTubeApp was offline. The Disney Channel webpage appears with a message saying something like "Sorry, but web page not found" in the Spanish version.

    Model: 37pfl8605h/12
    Firmware: lastest

    Reinstalling TV did not help.
Clearing NET TV memory did not help

Can you please forward this message to your Engineers?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Thomas,

The firmware (lastest version) is in Spanish and the TV is installed in Spain.
The error message is shown in Spanish. I suspect that the server redirect from http://disneychannel.disney.com/ to http://www.disney.es/disney-channel/ because the format of the error message is similar to this webpage. I also can surf the web of disney (in Spanish) using the TV when the error message is shown.

    Thanks in advance,
    David

Hi Thomas, I'm using HTB5540D/98 home theater system. It's YouTube app is very slow. I think there are some issues in it's firmware. please see the image. also only few apps available in my region (Sri lanka) WE NEED NETFLIX. Most of times it doesn't recognize my Wifi network. Then I have to restart, reset network settings or restore to factory default. Click image for larger version.

    Hey Aruna,

what kind of Internet connection do you have?
Are you able to test the connection between router and HTB with an cable, not via Wifi.

    Regards
    Thomas
