    Dear Sarka!

My supplier has requested me to return the phones for repair. "Repair"? My guess is that they can not be repaired. Is there any possibilitie to change fw on theese?

My time is running out and soon i guess my supplier will exchange the phones to another brand, that would be bad for all parties. I am also informing about this to a "hi-fi forum", there is a couple of more users interested and also potential buyers, waiting for info how/ if this can be solved.

    Please advise urgently if possible

Ps! Please note my problem could be different from Marks above. However i just tried listening to a book and just as mark describes the first word dissapperes (likely when the phones are connecting to the unit, phone).

    Dear users,

our team was able to reproduce the issue and currently works on the solution. I will keep you updated.

@Jojo7: I would recommend you to return the phones for a repair as suggested by a dealer.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka

    Dear users,

I am sorry for the late response, our team was looking into the issue.

Unfortunately, this is an iOS issue. This behaviour is not seen when pairing & connecting Android devices. It does not limit only Philips headphones, but also other brands & other products that support AAC over Bluetooth. We are afraid that we can only wait for the iOS update to resolve this issue.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka

    Dear Sarka!

I exchanged my fidelio and got Beats By Dr Dree. It is the same problem with theese, but the delay isnt quite as "big". So i think there is potential for approvement for both fidelio and ios. And as i wrote earlier i experienced exactly the same problem with android and fidelio, so i do not agree with Philips on this point.

I just wanted to inform about this.

    Thanks,

    I hadn't noticed this response.

This is very poor indeed. I assume Philips actually tested this with an iPhone before releasing it, seeing as it's a somewhat popular device?

It should be made very clear on the packaging and product description that it does not work properly with the iPhone.

I don't have this issue with 3 other bluetooth devices with my iPhone, so clearly it can be done. Are you telling me Philips have only just noticed it doesn't work properly with the iPhone?

I feel somewhat cheated and deceived. I certainly wouldn't have purchased them if I had been aware of this issue beforehand - who would?

This experience will definitely impact my future purchasing decisions, but then a huge company like Philips probably isn't all that concerned with losing 1 customer.
